Pros
Good people (co-workers) to work with; everyone trying to do a good job while retaining their sanity.
Cons
There was a high level of micromanagement and all around business dysfunction. Moral was generally rock bottom due to constant negativity, no advancement possibility, lack of recognition for good work done, and unprofessional shouting outbursts by management (complete with liberal use of expletives) directed at co-workers. Could have been a good job opportunity if not for the unsavory management factor. Flip-flop decisions made progress seem impossible, with each new day right became wrong, and wrong became right, it all seemed arbitrary, thus very frustrating. Blame and negativity was consistently cast towards staff on all fronts, making the office a rather depressing place to be.
