Very good atmosphere. And a good work life balance can be observed here at Microbilt. The training is on one to one basis that helps to clarify the concepts quickly whole gaining insight into the business analytics and decision making world.

No Con so far I gave faced till date.Hope to continue as a full time provided an offer. The nature of work is good and the challenges are many.

The salary was pretty competitive, location is ok.

They treat employees like children when it comes to "being on the clock" even though you're salary. everyone is in cubes. High level executives berate employees in front of everyone when they are performing less than desired. A lot of politics involved with this company. there are a couple of male top executives that are clearly sexist and one is extremely racist. They tell jokes that are demeaning in front of everyone that some people find offensive but dont say anything out of fear of retaliation. People lie to get themselves out of trouble and lie to put blame on others...this is almost normal here...stability is always questionable here...
