Pros
The engineering team has developed an amazing set of tools for the market to take advantage of. I have been included in many different sales meetings/presentations where customers are blown away by the capabilities baked into the MicroAI solutions.
Cons
The company is a flat organization structure where everyone reports to a single individual, which leads itself to an extremely unorganized toxic building/company to work for. While no cell phone is provided, you are expected to answer your personal phone at any hour of the day as the CEO is a work around the clock type of leader. Be ready to not be heard, your suggestions are not welcomed, and you will be spoken over 99% of the time (and typically in a harsh tone)
