      Pros

      Micro-Tronics is a build to print manufacturer, mostly small quantities, so the variance in daily orders requires agility and innovation to get-R-done. Also, as a small company the silos you see in corporations are not there. You interact with peers and other departments to get results.

      Company has old equipment that is slowly being upgraded

      Pros

      I worked here 6 years and it was a great place to be. Management cared about their employees and did what they could to help. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending working here.

      Cons

      Start time at 5am is rough, but you miss traffic in the morning and it’s only a 4 day work week.

      Pros

      Plenty of work and varied so it does not get boring.

      Cons

      poor training and very poor documentation. You have to be a detective to know what is to be done on every job.
