      Good coworkers and a very rewarding job. OT always available if you want it. Can be a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Lots of Forced Overtime. High turnover rate. Coworkers abuse sick time. Not much opportunity to advance. No financial incentives to take on additional tasks.

      Pros

      Strong sense of purpose and commitment to student safety. High level of excellence in programming and conference content. Great group to work with!

      Cons

      Per diem for attendees meals was very low and made it difficult to procure adequate venues or provide much in the way of variety for catering. Typical government "red tape" and lengthy processes to acquire approvals was frustrating at times.
