Great benefits, overtime readily available if you want it, focus on employee loyalty and longevity

Overtime often required whether you want it or not, compensation lower than similar positions, dirty environment, occasionally racist employees

A small Family Company with very basic benefits. It has a very nice office area and a nice breakroom for the employees. The only positive thing I can really say is that I was smart enough to move on very quickly to more opportunities at a different company. No chance for any salary increase or advancement unless you are family.

Lots of issues with safety at the company. Very run down warehouse. Total lack of leadership in the office and in the warehouse and no people skills with management. They lie all the time and actually stop paying the medical insurance one time and never disclosed that information to the employees. You will never have anyone there say Thank you or you did a good job.
