Pros
Compared to area nonprofits, pay and benefits are competitive. The work itself is meaningful and interesting.
Cons
Disorganized doesn't begin to describe it. Dysfunctional at best. Most colleagues, including the director herself, are not knowledgeable in immigration law so opportunity for growth is very limited. Culture is terrible. Majority minority staff, majority white leadership (supervising and managing roles)
