Terrible Employer - Kennel Technician Michigan Dog Training Employee Review

Easy work, clean facility, dogs!

If starting out as a kennel tech you are expected to become a dog trainer eventually.

Dogs are the only good thing about this job.

The management is terrible and the work environment is dangerous. I was bitten by the owners dog and had to break up awful dog fights multiple times. At the end of it all I was threatened with a decrease in pay for expressing my discontentment with being asked to message a client unpaid on my day off. I put up with a lot from this employer and got a lot to talk about in therapy in return.
