They have cameras everywhere and watch everything that happens. When I was there, we had to document what we did every day and add it to a giant log sheet, I assume so they can tell you other ways that you are unimpressive to them. I saw them approve time off for someone months in advance, and then they changed the time off policy, and told the girl that her vacation didn’t meet the current policies, so it was no longer approved.

The only pro I can think of was that the office was clean. There was close parking to the entrance of the building.

The business was a mess. They were constantly hiring and firing people. Management did not manage and pretended to know what they were doing. Their training technique was a sink or swim, trial and error type (they hired people with zero experience.)
