Pros
Office spaces are modern and clean
Cons
This is sadly not a nuero-diverse friendly business. It claims to be inclusive, but in reality there is no depth to understanding what is required to achieve this. There are no basic risk assessments taking place to ensure the safety and well-being of disabled employees. Unfortunately, if you question this, you are treated poorly. The company is proud to have many staff who have worked there for 20-30 years. However I believe this may be stifling the ability to be inclusive - as there seems to be little awareness of modern systems and practices in other organizations that help individuals of difference thrive. From what I saw, it appears to also be heavily white male dominated. Long serving employees tended to be in cliques as well. I overheard a lot of quite unkind and diminishing conversations about individuals within the new team formed in Romania. As a new employee, it made me anxious that they would probably unprofessionally talk about me as well (and sadly probably did). There seems to be a general culture that anyone of 'difference' isn't liked (whether Romanian or nuero-diverse). I'm sure it's a lovely company if you're nuero-typical. But it's not a healthy place for nuero-diverse employees.
