Pros
Office is closed during the holidays (but you're still expected to work so it's not really a pro here)
Cons
MMPR is a great place for interns and junior associates learning basic PR skills, but unfortunately, if you are coming in with years of experience you will see how outdated their practices are and why other agencies are lightyears ahead of them. Client turnover is HIGH and the two owners are constantly onboarding new clients without hiring staff to support the workload. MMPR has a very quantity, not quality mindset and if you pride yourself in the quality of your work, please take a second to rethink this agency. There is no team structure or support, you are basically fending for yourself as this agency is top-heavy with no one taking on any workload to support the team. I came into this agency excited to work on a great "team" as promised in the interview, however that never was the case 9 months into the job. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a fulfilling career in PR.
