Great co-workers to work with (depends on which department).

Job growth is almost impossible due to unrealistic expectations from the president of the company. Company seeks employers to be Jacks-of-All-Trades instead of Master-Of-One and still the president will be reluctant to increase your pay. Does not matter how many job responsibilities you have, if you do not show what dollar amount you provided to the company any pay increase or request you make to the company will be denied by the president. You are expected to be a salesman even if you have no background history in sales or if you work in a different job position. If you are not familiar with the products they sell you are still expected to make the sale if you had no training or field experience. Communication between different heads of the company always clash with each other leading to mismanagement and disorganization.
