In my experience, this company needs a reality check. The CHRO has a habit of playing favorites, leading to an environment where those lacking support are either punished or fired. In contrast, her preferred employees, particularly in Lenox, consistently fail to address or escalate issues related to employee documents without facing any repercussions. The history of high performers who dared to speak up for what is right and actively fought for the company’s culture speaks for itself—they were targeted and driven out. This pattern is clear if you look at the numerous HR openings. My advice: run and don’t look back.
