- Fantastic atmosphere. Pool table, darts, monthly poker night and many other socials. - Working with people from all origins and all cultures. - Being given the chance to learn new technologies or gain new skills. - No "Blame" culture.

- Things are very slow to bet set in motion. When an urgent action needs to be taken immediately it can take ages. New processes also take ages to be implemented. - Very tough times during Spring 2013 with many clients lost and some redundancies. But things are back on track.
