Some of the workers are nice.

The owner and CEO is off base. He thinks and acts like he is smarter than anyone else, but this mentality has caused no one to respect him. He does not value other human beings. He acts as if the company’s capability is the best in the world, but don’t be fooled: he is not a good business man and is aggressive to a fault. If you work here or do business with him, you’ll end up walking away. It’s not worth all the craziness and lack of respect he brings.
