Understaffed with no chance of ever being fully staffed Communication? What's that? Soul sucking atmosphere CTB only cares about their profits, not employees (They're making record profits but for some reason can't afford to hire enough people to fully staff integral departments.) Broken ERP system No real raises ever (cost of living only) No bonuses Stuck in roles with no chance of advancement under current management Pay is low for the expected amount of work
