Pros
If management liked you, your time was slightly flexible. You grow close to your co-workers as you talk about your mutual distain for management. The money was good if you were able to leverage the long hours that were expected of you. You do not have to worry about car troubles as someone from the company will pick you up to make sure you are at work.
Cons
There is a clear lack of trust between management and their employees as well as well as lack of respect and organizational structure. Your boss is whoever spoke to you last between the owner and his family. Your manager is whichever one of them is having a worse day. There is a lack of clear direction and instruction, and it is your fault if you are unable to follow the conflicting instruction.
