Pros
Great people to work with. HR has created a great working culture between management and the hourly employees. When I first started in 2015 the relationship between the Hourly employees and Management was dysfunctional. HR has done an amazing job at repairing the damage caused by the CEO and the former Dir of Operations.
Cons
The CEO is an abusive micromanager of the Operations team.
