Pros
The co_workers are one of the best elements of the job. Whether you need someone to cover your shift, or just lighten the mood on a really long/boring/exhausting day, they're always a treat. Also, since the company provides most of the restaurants/cafeteria's on my college campus, I can eat for free at half the restaurants on campus.
Cons
The pay is sh*tty. Minimum wage sh*tty. However, they do yearly raises based on your performance for the year. But, honestly- who could keep up a +A work ethic for an entire year? Also, the hours suck. Even if you're barely scheduled for about 20 hours a week (tops), it'll STILL feel like working full-time. Especially if you're a student. The schedules are made 2 weeks in advance, so you're responsible to keep your schedule open for that day- no matter what. Unless you've got an overnight job, it's impossible to keep two jobs while working here.
