      Pros

      Excellent products and global environment.

      Cons

      Changes and reorganizations. Low bonuses. Lack of resources and hence huge overloaded. Forget about life work balance. No insurance. You should pay 5% of your salary for healthy care funds. Environmental culture worsened after combination. People complaint a lot, but management ignore. Shareholders are the main focus for them, not employers
