Pros

The supervisors here were very supportive and helpful, especially as I struggled with the workload having ADHD. I worked here two years and I always felt like management and my co-workers really cared about me. Training was very well done, benefits were good (accrued about 4 hrs PTO every pay period with around 12 or 14 holidays off), and I enjoyed the overall work.

Cons

The nature of case management will always come with stress, and it is no different here. It is just the way of it.

Pros

Great Benefits; Good working environment; Good opportunity for growth (personally and professionally); Meaningful work; Executive Director who cares about his employees' wellbeing; Disability-friendly workplace.

Cons

Salary may not be competitive to similar work due to it being a non-profit; No option to invest in a retirement plan through the employer; most employees park in a lot off-site, which can create an icy, cold walk in the wintertime.
