      Pay, benefits, equipment, company structure and support, quality services you can believe in, overtime and sales commission opportunities, take home vehicle

      Cons

      Hard physical labor, close tracking of time management and efficiency, lack of spare time for using restroom, stopping for drinks, cleaning vehicle, etc. High expectations for good pay.

      Decent base salary to start.

      Cons

      The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
