Pros
Co-workers, mileage reimbursement, clients, independent work schedule.
Cons
This agency cares greatly about money and benchmarks. Does not take into account services provided that were necessary, but unbillable. I suspect great deal of fraud through out company, given some can manage to make bench consistently without any hiccups yet clients claim minimal time was spent with them. Management wants employees to figure out how to make bench, no late charting, and no overtime which is impossible. We're paying for the poor financial decions of the CEO by doing the work of 2 or 3. Morale is sinking. Continuity of care is sinking. Seems all the big guys care about is saving money. It'll be a sad day when something tragic happens and of course the lowest employees will be blamed. There is no talk of self-care. Your work is called into question weekly when the numbers are in. At the end of the day, this "not-for-profit" just wants their money.
