Pros
Good salary and benefits packages. Even better, though, was how Metis shielded its customer-facing employees from the corporate garbage that can happen when there's a takeover. PAE has pretty much left us alone - you'd never know the difference. I have a non-micromanager for a PM, which allows me to bring my "A" game every time. I also like the "on-the-spot" bonuses; it's a nice recognition for the effort expended. All I ever wanted was to be treated as an asset - Metis does exactly that
