      Pros

      Presents a great / flexible work life balance culture,, wants to be the most loved employer in Australia

      Cons

      Senior leadership is a pool of politics and popularity contest, not everyone is recognised equally, business can restructure and remove employees at the drop of a hat, poorly managed. Bad/inappropriate behaviour by Heads of departments aren't called out or pulled up, toxic leadership and loudest voice wins

      Pros

      A great purpose driven company. I work with great people that care about what they do and build strong relationships both internal and external. A flexibile work environment where possible.

      Cons

      Complexity and duplication exist in this organisation. Simplification and alignment of structure and process will help to alleviate but some foundational alignment needs to occur first.
