Pros
Great location, great coworkers and great work culture! Managers don't normally micromanage and allow employees to work at their own pace. More companies should do this.
Cons
Low wages and favourability towards the sales department. Base salaries are as low as minimum wage, and that figure doesn't change unless they switch to a position is commission-based. And while I understandable that the sales team makes the most money for the company, I think that restricting non-monetary incentives (ie: free lunches, happy hour drinks, etc) to salespeople is very insulting to the rest of the team.
