Pros
1. People are very good and helpful through out the project 2. Always looking for process improvements and best practices 3. Good work culture and good balance in professional and personal life 4. Management definitely provides good opportunity to learn by providing training.
Cons
It's not a big MNC with 1000+ people. There are employee engagement activities but with less crowd as it's a small company.
