Good leadership in Metalwest branch

Parent company not very good

Very family oriented environment when I was there. Good people to work with.

Little guidance for the sales coordinator role. Seemed to get “busy” work a lot. They say they need someone with a go getter attitude to find things to do. They really do not have a specific set of tasks for you to do. There does tend to be some hesitancy from management to have a tough conversation with employees. You are not able to really know where you stand in terms of your performance.
