Sued for scamming customers - Sales Associate Metals.com Employee Review

Taught me everything about sales. Im sad they shut down, was a really fun atmosphere.

Long hours, no life. Had to spend too much time there including Saturdays.

Best management team ever of Teddy, Lucas, Deric, Matt and Simon. They not only work incredibly long hours but they sincerely care about each and every employeed...because they know if the employees make money...THEN THEY TOO ARE MAKING MONEY. I was treated with the utmost respect when I was there and promoted to Jr. Broker in just 6 weeks because I actually LISTENED to these incredibly successful people and stuck to the script. (I had to leave for health reasons)

YOU MUST STICK TO THE SCRIPT BECAUSE IT WORKS and it increases your income....90% of the people SAY they will and at least 50% WILL NOT END UP DOING IT..and then they wonder why they are not sellling. These negative (and many arrogant) people should be fired....simply because they cannot humble themselves to LISTEN TO SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE (management) who are making HUGE MONEY! Many of the reps are making over six figure income and those reps were incredibly nice to me and helpful in every way possible. You do NOT have to work 12 hours a day....those fired from this company are simply negative people and absolutely lying because they did not do the right thing!
