      Gaining experience, this is a great job for someone fresh out of school.

      Cons

      Summertime, it’s 110-115°f inside the shop. The people that work at the desks upfront are wildly out of touch.

      Pros

      I've worked with Metaltech for 10 years now and have always been treated with respect, felt appreciated for the work done and always welcomed as family. Frequent BBQ's at lunch, to employee appreciation meetings and company celebrations of it's success.

      Cons

      It's been a great company so far, none that come to mind.

      The people are generally nice to work with

      Cons

      The facility looks like a sweatshop. Equipment is old, lighting is awful, things are disorganized and dysfunctional. WELDERS BEWARE: this is a production welding job. You will do nothing but pull a trigger all day on a million of the same part.
