This company has a clear direction for its future, which focuses on price discovery in metal and steel markets and providing first-class independent information to its customers on market conditions. From what I can see it is working hard to ensure that staff have agency in moving the company in this direction and it seems to have increased its focus on staff development across all departments, particularly including sales, marketing and editorial and pricing. There is a flattish structure, clear division of responsibilities and a friendly atmosphere.

Easy work, hours are short, nice office.

They always hire young graduates who have little knowledge of the subject matter and therefore don't understand why a certain market move is significant. They also have a certain number of clients who use their prices and they want to make them happy. As a result, reporters frequently manipulate prices according to the needs of the clients, which makes their price discovery process unreliable. Managers have little trust in employees. No career development or opportunity to rise.
