Some strong technical people have been working here, most are gone but even the remaining are cool people to work with They offer RRSP matching but only match 3% of your based salary They offer some benefits not class A, but something between class D to F

-So many managers who actually are not up to date with recent technology , level of communication is zero - Have seen incidents of bullying which resulted an upset employee to leave the company - They have a performance review program every year which looks like retail stores, basically not matter how hard you work and what achievements you had , it does not matter, you might get a small raise , or some years nothing, salaries are freezes but big guys still get their bonus - Too much negative politics around - There are techs working in this company with certification they don't even carry -CEO likes more to promote his music band rather than inspiring employees who work in IT industry
