Pros
- Generally friendly and polite atmosphere - Fairly nice office, though not in the best location - Work in small teams, direct communication and autonomy within teams
Cons
- Supposed to give employees a lot of autonomy, but in practice there was a lot of schedule micro-management and meetings and getting permission for things. Managers didn't feel like they listened to the people doing the actual work, a lot of "can't we do it faster?" - Despite supposedly being open to questions, asking too many(?) questions resulted in "focus on your own tasks" - Say they care a lot about neurodivergent employees, didn't feel like that in practice - Often too polite and sensitive, discussions in meetings felt like walking on eggshells - Communication between teams is terrible - Entirely too many trainings, seminars, presentations, etc.
