****Joining this company was the worst decision of my life**** $ late night working $ On friday they plan to make people work on weekend, without comp off. You;ll never get comp off. $ no trust on employees $ dictatorship $ no human value, you'll be a slave here $ no proper policies and processes, whatever policies are there even founder don't follow $ nothing to learn, very bad quality code, especially mobile apps. $ technically weak dictating leadership, which only believes in selling bad quality products and making moeny somehow $ CEO will come and tell you priorties, CTO comes after sometmie and changes the priorities and by the end of the day both ask for both priorities to be completed today itself and make you stay in office till 2am $ Founders keep on changing code and cause rework, and they call it a product $ No appraisal till you beg for it $ All good glassdoor reviews are fake.
