Pros
I am currently working at MetaComunications as a sales consultant. We employ smart, passionate, and driven people. In my time at the company, I have been able to progress professionally, and have seen my co-workers that are deserving move up as well. The company does expect you to work hard and develop yourself professionally. Management values their employees that work hard and are passionate about their jobs. People that have those characteristics are highly valued, highly sought out, and are well compensated. The company has had consistent growth, and there are opportunities for career advancement if you work hard. I suspect that I know who wrote the poor reviews, and those individuals were let go because they were not passionate about their jobs or the company. While we are expected to work hard, there is still good work-life balance. I have kids at home and am able to spend a lot of time with them. On the rare occasions I do have long hours, but that is because I am valued and needed, and I am well compensated for that. The overwhelming majority of weeks I work normal business hours.
Cons
As with most company with 90+ employees, there are going to be a few people who have negative attitudes. I have found that most of these people are let go because they bring the team down.
