Pros

Decent money, get to help new or exciting pet owners with their insurance needs. Company isn't stingy with overtime, can make good money.

Cons

Micromangement, never been in a sales position where you can't even take a breath for 5 mins without management blowing up your cell phone. Not a structured sales job, more like a customer service rep disguised as a sales rep. Leads are only inbound so you can't follow up. Your QA metrics are also determined by how "fluffy and warm" you sound on the phone and its inconsistent. A revolving door.
