Pros
The company as a whole is accepting, caring, full of opportunities, and a lot of everything that you'd want from an employer. They have great benefits, a large amount of PTO offered, and a flexible start time.
Cons
I can only speak to my position but the training and job itself are so unorganized that literally no two people can agree on the process for systems and tasks. The training was abysmal - at least half of what they taught was completely irrelevant to the job (and they admitted it) and about a quarter of the rest of it was outdated. My other big issue is that finding any information on their websites (which is where you are directed to find any information about your job, benefits, HR, etc) is next to impossible. One of my managers could be very resistant to allowing us to use our PTO and instead "encourage" us to make up the time. We are allowed to carry over 80 hours each year and even with that large amount, I still lost PTO time because I hadn't used enough.
