Prepare monthly / quarterly certified checks for related facilities such as (Telecom Egypt, Social Insurance Authority, all HR payment requests • Responsible for handling & releasing all Insurance payments • Reviewing monthly for all GAAP , EG1 , EG2 accounts to be align with EMEA report accounts.( newly rent guidance IFRS 16 )Preparing Rent Amortization for all Branches • Preparing compliance Report • Preparing HR Shared service report • Preparing monthly GAAP Rent entries (newly rent guidance IFRS 16 Issuing Employee advances • Salary settlement for staff • Salary entry • Signing Bounce analysis • Preparing monthly Rent entries for EG1 & EG2 ( newly rent guidance IFRS 16 ) • Preparing monthly rent amortization with its financial entries for EG1 & EG2 • Automated Unmatched PO from Ariba Reports • Audit Report • Preparing spend out quarterly report • Mobile staff deduction (staff – agent – IBS) • Revising & preparing IBS Sheet • Update Grant of authorities on annual basis. • Preparing Monthly Accruals • Supporting tax function every quarter in preparing the 20% & 14% VAT,WHT report. • The newly cost guidance for all old accounts to be reversed to the newly accounts ( new cost guidance ) • Preparing GAAP for both variable & fixed entries (EMEA guidance ) • Preparing affiliate entries • Preparing affiliate true up entries • Mentoring monthly advances and their settlement for staff report sent to compliance • Revising HO & Branches petty cash • Preparing terminated entries • Preparing collector entries • Contribute to month-end closing calendar (invoicing, budget updates, orders / PO creation, hedging) • Carry out comprehensive analysis and control of the monthly results, Inc. detail by project and comparison to Budget and previous Forecast for revenues, Margin and free cash flow. • Review and report risk and opportunities on Key Performance Indicator’s in Unit’s Forecast and Budgets • Work in a collaborative team performing research and analysis • Contribute to presentation materials for client engagements • Prioritize objectives and contribute to project
