Pros
Home office is excellent. Too bad experience in 1 office that is a branch ruins it. Pay is pretty good too, if you want to be chained to a desk from 9-5 and then expected to also run appointment with your agents evenings and weekends.
Cons
If working in a field office, these offices are like silos and all run very differently. Home office needs to really be more aware of the practices in each office to watch for discriminatin and unethical behavior.
