Where do I begin? The way they treat their employees is your supposed to know everything even though we didn’t train you properly. Management was horrible it was based on who she liked the most. They come down on you about rollovers but yet say they care about the quality then quantity which was bs. You can’t ask questions because more than likely Management (Christina) didn’t know the answer her favorite line is I don’t know. Which is mind boggling because if you are a manager and you don’t know the answer how is that helping the administrator to complete the claim. It was to much catty stuff going on and not enough professionalism going on with how they handle situations and how they speak to their employees.
