      Great company with great prospects and the access to a variety of training modules. Positive and upbeat work ethic. Great for progression.

      I would not say that there is anything wrong with working at MetLife I am just using up 20 words so I can submit this.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
