Pros
Benefits. Comp can be decent if you’re willing to fight for your worth. Some really great people who for whatever reason choose to stick around. Sales runs this organization, and also offers opportunity for the greatest income, stability and balance. Outside of that, steer clear.
Cons
HR is useless. Shared services like marketing and product are absolutely abysmal. Senior leadership changes constantly, making life hellish for employees while Executive leadership remains in tact and keeps cashing their checks. Constant turnover.
