Pros
Awesome people and atmosphere. Having a sense of humor is almost mandatory and they strive to hire people that will be a cultural fit. There's little sense of hierarchy and everyone is always open to helping each other out. Plenty of growth opportunities and encouragement, ongoing recognition for good work, generous PTO, WFH Fridays, fun social and fitness initiatives, opportunities to spend time in both east and west coast offices. I only left because I decided to change industry.
Cons
Besides the PTO, other benefits leave much to be desired. Lack of visibility between coastal offices and between practice groups can be a struggle within teams and affects workload and working hours - which are already extensive in the agency world. There's pressure in the west coast office to be in early and work longer hours.
