      Good company to work for. Senior Management open to employees and suggestions of employees, co-workers very friendly, easy going and relaxed atmosphere. Family friendly working conditions and family oriented working place.

      the salary range is market average & above for some positions

      Cons

      If you are not a friend of the Merritt brothers you will not be treated fairly or with respect. The expectations are absurd for hours and dedication for a company that doesn't allow you to event leave 15 mins early for a doctors appointment.
