      -Good PTO -Meaningful Client Relationships - Good on resume - Provides good work life balance with no weekends - If I was or had a Disabled Adult consider Merrick.

      Cons

      A lead from the enhanced services area was able to say a racist term towards blacks only to be promoted - Not a friendly place for BIPOC - No accountability from staff or management - Negative environment - Poor management - VERY limited advancement opportunities. - Bad communication
