Pros
1) They are in the right space, with the right product, at the right time, with the right team. 2) A sleek and small team of around 20 extremely hard-working and motivated FTEs. 3) The CEO & CTO are friendly and easy-to-approach. 4) Each team-member believes in the product and is excited about the crypto space. 3)
Cons
1) Small team, hence a higher work-load. 2) Since it is a start-up with employees across time-zones (Singapore, London, Bangalore, Tokyo), the office timings get staggered. 3) Young and energetic team; Hence a bit lower work-life balance. But they are in a hiring spree, so this would be better eventually.
