managers sometimes didn't listen to me wanting to change positions that they had gave me hope I'd get after being told to do bootcamps, trainings etc and then hiring someone with no experience for that same position.
also had seen a manager at my venue ask an employee to pay for a mistake (customer's card declining and not paying) they made.
