      They had a fairly steady work load. Hourly pay was fair.

      Cons

      They don't pay mileage and the drive time pay is less than other companies who pay drive time and mileage. Certain times of the year it gets slow.

      Pros

      The company communicates its expectations well. If you're willing to drive 1 - 2 hours to get to your site location and produce a good report you will stay employed.

      Cons

      You're only paid for your travel time after 1.5 hours so your essentially working for free prior to the 1.5 hour threshold.
