Meridian fosters a positive, nurturing environment, unlike any other I've worked in. It is a company in which employees feel heard and cherished, and coworkers feel like a 200+ member family, all working toward one collective goal. Much of Meridian's success in rooted in the employee attitudes, in that employees care about the product of their efforts because the company cares about the employees, and it is evident. You can see it in the strong president, as kind as she is diligent, management, carefully selected to fit their roles like a glove, and an HR team who nurture the culture that makes Meridian feel like a home. If you have concerns regarding your employment, all you have to do is ask, as management and HR are always ready to listen and guide you. They are constantly educating employees so that they are confidently informed on the topic of benefits, terms of employment, and job opportunities within the company. They know how to communicate. When our resident hype-woman gets on the megaphone once a week to inform us of events or changes that some may have missed in their sea of emails, it is impossible to be uninformed. And my, do they know how to have fun. Meridian’s Fun Fridays, holiday parties, and other events are unbeatable.
