Founder/CEO was manipulative, terrible at communicating, selfish, dishonest, controlling, and incredibly greedy, all under the deceptive guise of a sunny disposition. All she cared about was making money: profit over people. She often coerced clients into spending thousands and thousand of dollars on tutoring that students did not want or need. She created a toxic work environment where employees felt watched and micromanaged instead of supported. Only stayed as long as I did because I loved the students, enjoyed my co-workers, and needed the money.
